Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we offer 30-day returns.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at bennyqrx@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at bennyqrx@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within about 5-10 business days after the return is received. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
