Shipping policy

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. These are currently the only countries we ship to.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. After processing, typical delivery time is 7-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer because of carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped to Canada, Australia or the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, depending on local rules.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or your order hasn't arrived within the time above, email us at bennyqrx@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
